Hi everyone

 

My name is Dilsa Lopes, I´m the owner of this company as well as Property

Investment Strategies Ltd, Lux Productions Ltd and Prise Solutions Limitada (in Portugal)

 

I´m 32 from Lisbon - Portugal, with an Angolan heritage- refugee parents from Africa

I lived in London for over 12 years now, where I moved to study at Middlesex University.

I have been an entrepreneur for 3 years now and am based in Birmingham now, where 

I run my 4 businesses from.​

 

I started my first business in 2015 - a Video & Photography Production Company

 (yes I can take AMAZING photos/ videos & 360º videos of your property!)​

This is the 4th business I have founded, therefore I'm a well seasoned business woman, 

my decision-making, SWAT analysis, market and competitors research skills and PR abilities

have been developed through the last couple of years.

 

Im full of drive, enthusiasm, passion, perseverance and that’s why I’m a high achiever

I take myself seriously and am proud of who I am and what I do.

As a director I’m fully aware of my responsibility and I lead by example

I´m very well travelled, so internationalisation and exploration of worldwide opportunities

is always a fundamental point that takes a lot of my attention and enables me to cater to

people with completely different views, backgrounds and all walks of life.

I’m very objective, focused and sensible, therefore all my goals are always set in specific realistic numbers,

with several calculations and time scales to ensure I keep on track of what was initially planned even though things can get complicated and change in the period of time we are working on a project.
