Brutal honesty in business

Is brutal honesty even a thing in the business world?
I’m here to help property investors thrive. So as a consultant I must look deeper, analyse everything and assist property investors progressing, but how can I do that when people have a hard time facing the truth?
As much as I’m dedicated to see them thrive, is it even possible to support them?
Correction is part of the process I will need to go through with them. Living in denial or refusing to face things how they really are so without their cooperation how am I supposed to?
This is why most of my posts on social media end up being controversial, even though I don’t deliberately wish them to be…

Navigating through your business in the direction of your goals requires the proper information, I need you to reveal it all and don’t hide anything because the truth of the matter is, even though we might touch on delicate subjects you are embarrassed about and that intimacy level might be considered obstructive but you have to own the truth.
Although I’m not a life coach I have to look underneath to renew your sense of confidence, lift you up so you can excel in your real estate journey, discover how to elevate your productivity, increase your performance levels and you can enjoy a life filled with purpose, grace and fulfilment.
YOU GOTTA KEEP IT REAL
How do people react when I’m brutally honest?
They think I’m being a jerk, cold, rude or cruel…
